Camps Rio Vista and Sierra Vista are a pair of sister camps northeast of Camp Mystic, just outside the city of Ingram. Rio Vista is a boys’ camp and Sierra Vista is a girls’ camp. Both camps serve children between the ages of 6 and 16, according to their website.The flooding also caused “catastrophic damage” to Camp Rio Vista and Camp Sierra Vista, although no kids were at the camp at the time and no injuries were reported among the staff that was on site.Here's what we know about the Central Texas summer camps that have been affected by devastating flooding that has killed more than a dozen people and left dozens more missing.The flooding appeared worst in the area along the Guadalupe River in Kerr County, northwest of San Antonio.
